Enjoy the unique tastes, sights and sounds of Nikko, Rochester’s exciting kitchen, sushi bar and cocktail lounge located in the Capron Street Lofts in downtown Rochester.

From the moment you enter into the newly built restaurant space, the Nikko experience begins. Set in a historic 110 year-old building, Nikko boasts beautiful original wood columns and exposed brick combined with extensive modern design. The illuminated cocktail bar, open kitchen and high energy play list adds to the ambiance that defines Nikko.

The detailed cuisine is freshly prepared by Executive Chef Jeremy Nucelli and Master Sushi Chef Ching Imperial Bolima. Chef Nucelli prepares a variety of New American offerings including char-grilled Spanish octopus, sake steamed littleneck clams, slow roasted pork belly, and the soon to be famous Nikko burger. Master Ching, having just arrived from Miami, is assembling sushi that is unparalleled in the Rochester marketplace. The sushi menu includes a complete selection of unique sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with fresh fish selections delivered daily from New York City.

The wine list features a variety of moderately priced boutique wines by the glass and bottle, hand picked by in-house sommelier Tony Rials. Nikko also features a house cocktail list worthy of New York City’s finest establishments.
