From the Italian and musical term for slow, Lento is a fine dining restaurant with a focus on local, seasonal, fresh and organic ingredients that are carefully transformed into delicious dishes.
With the vast wealth of farms around Rochester and the Finger Lakes region, Executive Chef and Owner Arthur Rogers has developed relationships with farmers who share his vision.
A truly gourmet experience, everything from the bread on your table to the dessert at the end of your meal is made completely from scratch.
Lento features daily menu changes along with an emphasis on locally grown and organic food. Arthur has a true passion for cooking and treats each customer to the best of what the land and the creative kitchen have to offer.

Tuesday:
On Tuesday evenings our Seafood Bar features Dollar Oyster Night, all raw oysters on the half-shell are a dollar a piece. In house special only.
Wednesday:
Join us every week for No Corkage Fee Wednesday! Bring your favorite bottle of wine in and we will wave the corkage fee. There is sure to be something on our menu to compliment whatever wine you bring.
Thursday:
Our specialty cocktails are the ever-changing product of our bartenders’ imaginations and feature local, seasonal ingredients, homemade mixers and the finest spirits. Join us every Thursday for Specialty Cocktail Night when all of our craft cocktails are just $5!
