Ember Wood Fire Grill is a casual dining tapas style restaurant. They are located in Livonia, NY at the old historic train station. All the food is homemade from fresh sustainable ingredients. They use local organic seasonal ingredients with no growth hormones, no pesticides and no prepackaged frozen goods. Since they are a “Tapas Style Restaurant” you are able to order the freshly prepared food multiple times during your dining experience or in the beginning as most people are accustomed too. Their menu changes by the season.
