Thanks for visiting Cheesy Eddie’s website! Let me introduce myself. My name is John Baker and together with my wife, Colleen, and our family, we own and operate Cheesy Eddie’s Bakery. Yes…our name really is Baker!

We first experienced the legendary Cheesy Eddie’s in 1989. We were crazy about the cheesecake brownies and the cookies. We weren’t big on cheesecake…OR SO WE THOUGHT! It was a couple of years later, at a good friend’s wedding, that we tried Cheesy Eddie’s cheesecake. WOW! That was the BEST wedding cake we had ever had. We fell in love with Cheesy Eddie’s and their incredible cakes! We valued the amazingly delicious all-natural products, made with the finest ingredients and a personal touch! We also knew the people of Rochester and beyond felt the same way! Cheesy Eddie’s is a Rochester icon!
